Hi, I'm Eileen.
I'm a graphic designer and photographer residing in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. I grew up in a ton of different states around the U.S., and landed here in Bellingham where I went to Western Washington University for a Bachelor's in Design.
I'm your friendly neighborhood photographer who loves capturing moments, with soul! The name "Captured with Seoul" is an homage to my family roots in Seoul, South Korea. I try to capture a timeless look in all of my photoshoots.
To me, photography is so much more than pressing a button. Photography encompasses emotions, builds relationships, and captures memories.
I would love to help solidify those memories with you.

One.
I have an adorable corgi puppy named Panda. She spends her time chasing squirrels and barking at mailmen in order to fulfill her cliche, Hollywood-movie destiny.
Two.
When I'm not photographing, I also run and manage an escape room! Puzzles are a fun way to challenge my brain to the limit.
Three.
I am an avid concert-goer (pre-COVID). In 2019, I went to 12 concerts. I enjoy anything from Ariana Grande, Fleetwood Mac, Lord Huron, and everything in between.
FAQ
Do you travel?
Yes! I absolutely love going to new places. Depending on the distance, I may charge a travel fee just to cover gas and my time. Some bucket list places include: Joshua Tree, the Grand Canyon, Maui, the Salt Flats in Utah, and Seoul (of course!).
How do we get our photos?
All of your photos will be delivered via a custom USB drive (along with some special surprises for wedding couples!) and in high-resolution on my website. The downloads will always be free so you can share them with loved ones.
What's the turnaround time?
I do my best to deliver photos quickly. During the busy season (summer), it may take up to 6 weeks. I guarantee they'll be delivered within 4-6 weeks, as stated in our contract. Smaller events may only take two weeks!
Is there a second shooter?
All of my sessions longer than 6 hours will come with a second shooter, free of charge. I do this so you are guaranteed every moment! You can also specifically request a second shooter for smaller events for an additional $75 an hour.
Are you Insured?
Yes! I carry personal as well as professional liability insurance. This protects both you and me.
